car wont start
had battery tested it is good. car will just click then dash goes out .volts on dash read 10.7.can someone point me in the right direction?also noticed a problem with dash lights before,twice the dash went blank,then came back on. the other problem was the display on the dash went haywire, it was like a kaleidescope. please help first time vette owner. :mad :mad :mad

You have a corroded battery terminal connection. Remove the battery cables, ground first, then get a stiff brush and/or steel wool and scrub the cable lugs until they are clean and bright. Clean the battery terminals also and replace , ground last. I also recommend you go to a parts place and buy 2 large brass battery terminal bolts (5/8 hex) and throw the GM 5/16 wimpies out with the trash.
