Default Screw size help!?

In adjusting my TPS I seem to have twisted off one of the screws!!! Yea, I know, DUMB A??! Anyway, it seems to be holding okay with one of the screws but I need to replace the one that is twisted off! Before I take it apart, I'd like to have a replacement so I can put it back together again without having to go in search of a screw to fit. Can anyone tell me the size of this little devil? I would greatlly appreciate it!

That screw is a non-serviceable part. Meaning you need to buy the entire TPS to get one. Maybe if you ask in the parts section someone will have one lying around. But be careful you don’t strip anything. If you do get someone to send you one, it is still not a good idea to use a used screw for the TSP. The threads could be elongated and not hold that well. If it were me I would bite the bullet and buy a new TPS.

You can buy a $18 throttlebody screw set that will come with two new ones, the 6 top screws, and the screws for the IAC plate. I'll see if I can find the part #, I recently purchased this kit.

I don't know the thread callout on those Al screws, but they are a pain in the neck. Even just with normal adjusting and torquing, I have had the heads strip on me. I bought both metric and english screws with a similar pitch and neither seemed quite right. Then I found a set of unused ones in a box of spare parts from prev. owner that had them still in the envelope.

Good luck, and if you know the callout of the screw, lemme know. -Matt-
