Default Whoo-hooo it started

Finally the hotcam is in and it runs. It started right up.

I still have a bunch of little things to button up. I don't think I should of put assembly lube on the push rod tips though. I only have oil coming out of one. But I only ran for about 30 seconds.

I'd be driving it to work tomorrow if the damn auto parts store computer had the right part number for the valve cover gaskets. I'll have to get them from the dealer I guess.

Don't worry, the oil will force its way through.

Thanks Scorp, I let run a few more minutes and the oil came thru.

Later tonight I'll finish wiring up the Mezier pump and tomorrow I'll track down the valve cover gaskets and a longer heater hose and I'll be done.

I can't wait to drive her and see what the SOTP is with the mods. :reddevil
