Tire Decisions
Here's the situation guys. They are for my IROC. I am currently running Nitto DR 245/50/16 as a daily driver. Since I am only going to see atrack day once or twice this year I was thinking about going back to a street tire and get a set of either DR's or slicks mounted on another set of rims for the track for next year.
I am leaning towards Dunlop SP Sport 8000 in a 255/50/16. Help me out with your opinions please.

I have the Dunlop SP8000 and after 30 seconds of burnout they are now worthless. Now my Michelin Pilots have endured 20,000 miles plus with multiple burnouts and are still going.
My Dunlops only have 6,000 miles on them.
My personal choice would be the Michelin Pilot's or BFG Comp T/A

Pocket Rocket is the Kuhmo(sp?). I am replacing mine with them for sure. They came with the wheels(Thanks zelement) and have been terrific so far...wet or dry. 275-35-18's believe it or not from Tire Rack are $152 a tire! :D You can't beat that. Just for reference.
