Default Correct Balancer Pulley?

I have a 1993 anniversary edition. I had to change the distributer and am replacing the balancer pulley while I am at it, the rubber is not very good.
On the new pulley I bought the grooved belt portion is the same diameter as the weighted portion.
On the pulley that was on the car the grooved belt portion is substantially smaller in diameter than the weighted portion. Is this an underdrive pulley or did they send me the wrong new pulley?

If it is an underdrive pulley, should I stick with a similar pulley?

I did some looking around. I don't see an underdrive pulley available for it.
I can use the new balancer I have but I am wondering if any of the other pulleys were changed. Can someone tell me if these are stock diameters?
They are as follows:
AC = 4.5"
Alternator = 1.75"
Power Steering = 6"

New balancer pulley = 7" dia.
Balancer pulley that was on car = 5.25"
Thanks
