Default Exotic Muscle header install

I have EM longtube headers being installed on my '92 LT1 on tuesday. I have a few questions:

Do I need heated O2 sensors or O2 extensions?

Which motor mount bolt needs to be turned around?

What is the easiest way to get them in? (from top, from bottom)

What needs to be removed on each side in order to get them in there?

I think one head bolt needs to be reused, is it the one with the AC/alternator brackets on it?

Anything they should be particularly careful of? Like the coolant temp sensor on the block?

Also, I'm removing EGR and the cats, and disconnecting AIR. I have a pcmforless chip waiting to go in so I don't throw any codes. Anyone know how to put that in?

Sorry for all the dumb questions, please help me if you can, I want the install to go as smoothly as possible. Thanks in advance!

Seems like the questions from about six months ago

1. Did you need 02 sensor extensions or heated O2 sensors?

2. Did you keep EGR/AIR? I'd like to keep it if it's not too much of a hassle.

3. Did you get a tune for the headers?

4. Did the brackets for the AC and alternator get in the way? If so, what did you do about that?

5. Did any suspension components get in the way?

6. EM claims that the only thing I need to mess with is one of the motor mount bolts, which apparently just needs to be switched around. Did you have any other fitment problems?

7. EM is sending me gaskets, header bolts, and extensions as well. I've heard that the system can leak between the headers and extensions (no cats for me). Is there a certain clamp I should get to prevent this?

8. How are the gaskets and header bolts that came with the headers? Do you recommend other ones?

9. I bought coated headers; are there still certain things in the engine bay that I need to worry about becoming too hot?

10. Anything else I didn't ask about that I should have? Let me know and I'll add it!

Sorry for all of the questions, I'm new at this stuff I want to do this right the first time so I can enjoy my car for summer! My mechanic (who does Corvettes for a living) will be helping me do this; actually I'll be helping him

Thanks in advance,
- Vinnie
