Need some help with interior repairs

I have almost everything redone on the car and I am about to start the painting process in a couple of days. I only have a few things left to do and i'm sure I could figure it out myself but why not ask other more experienced member that have probably done the same things multiple times.
First off my dash has a pretty good sized crack in the middle of it only in the top portion and not all the way through. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to fix this as in some type of bonding filler or putty that will stick into place and can be painted over to be a new looking black again.
Another thing is some of the plastic trim has some cracks around the screw holes and I was wondering what I could use to fix the cracks on those also. So that I can repaint them and make them look new again until I can afford some new ones.
That is all I can think of for now that needs to be done if I think of anything else I will update the thread.
Any and all help is appreciated and any advice is also greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Stephen

Try this for the dash pad:

And this for the cracked dash panel. Used ones are very difficult to find cause most of them are cracked at the screw holes:

I was thinking about the dash cap I was just not sure how it would look ontop of the old dash as I am kind of a picky person. Also I do not have loads of money and was hoping for a simple, or hard if it has to be, repair.
I'll keep what you posted bookmarked and if no one else knows how to fix it or I can't find a way then that will be my option.
Thanks, Stephen
