Default ecm mount replacement

My ecm is currently flopping around. The mount that attaches to the brake booster area is snapped. I ordered a used replacement on ebay. Before I jump in, how much of a pain is this part to replace? Does the brake booster have to come off?

This is on my 95

Default ECM bracket replacement

Unfortunately yes you will have to remove the booster because the ECM support bracket has holes for the bolts and the actuating rod going through the middle of it.You'll have to remove the panel under the dash to access the booster nuts and rod clip.To make this job easier I would suggest taking out the driver's seat since there's not alot of room in the footwell to be had.A five-eighths swivel socket will also help make this easier to do.You can gently pull the booster/master cylinder assembly forward without disconnecting the brake lines if you're careful or go ahead and take them off if you don't feel like taking the risk of damaging them.Slide your replacement in and bolt it all up.With the right tools you should be able to do this in about 3-4 hours.
