Always look where you were last. I would pull the battery again and look for any broken wires going to anything in that area. There are 2 red boxes which are larger amp fuses that supply power to the regular fuse box in the car. Look for a blown fuse or a wire broken off the rear of the box. There is too much not working for it to be a small fuse in the passenger side box.
