If you want help, you shouldn't make folks start with forensics to figure out background on the car in question! (it's a pet peeve of mine, so bear with me - at least you filled out your profile!
That's a pretty potent mill you are trying to spin over!
As suggested, I'd check the battery and cables. Check battery voltage while cranking, and voltage drop across the cables as well. If you have a known good battery, swap it out and see if it cures the problem. Other than brushes wearing out, those old GM starters are pretty bullet proof.
