l98 exhaust mods HELP PLEASE!

Im building my first drag car. A 1990 c4 automatic l98. Can I replace the cats and mufflers with straight pipe? Or will I have to do something with the o2 sensors?
Any suggestions for cheap torque ?

Most long tube headers have o2 sensor mountings.

Just put the O2 sensor into the LT Header collector and you should be fine.

How much HP are you going to build??

right now, goi g for 300chp
