headlight buzzer on 1987
I'm a new 1987 vette owner and would like to know how to stop the "Chime" from going constantly when the headlights are turned on whether parked or not. Any help, really appreciated!

They should do that if the key is OFF...if its all the time key ON, then the circuit between the lite switch and Key is not communicating...so the thing THINKS the ign is off...so it chimes.
You could just unplug the chime...BUT why not fix the problem?
You need the FSM drawings to chase this down. I have an 87 FSM and will research this a bit tomorrow and let you know what I can find.
