Spark Plug Poll
Hello....with all the recent talk about Spark Plugs going on....I was curious as to what people are currently using...
Keep in mind...this is just a poll of what you are using....not a comparison of plugs....

I'll stick with delco until the nitrous install and then I'll go with the NGK's

Rapidfires here. No +4 for me. I want 1 BIG spark instead of a few little ones.

Regular plats. Never had a problem to cause me to change to a different brand. Hold up very well under my abuse.

You still get one big one...it just follows the most efficent path. And, there is no need to index them. :)

Re: Spark Plug Poll (XtremeVette)
I use those weird Accel U-Groove things. Can't say how they work, since I had to correct wire placement and replace plugs, wires, etc when I bought the car.

I put the AC Delco Professional Platinum. I don't ever want to change those things again!

Re: Spark Plug Poll (XtremeVette)
The latest NGK Irridiums absolutely kick*** Replaced original AC Delcos and the car smoothed out at idle and got SOTP feel. Tried the Bosch +4 -but caused my 95 LT1 to detonate.

Got them from sparkplugs.com - for tech info. check the NGK website. A set was about $65 shipped to my door.

I prefer NGK TR55's, but at the moment I'm using Autolite 106's. They are always available and the price is right.

Re: Spark Plug Poll (Nathan Plemons)
I'm thinking about switching over to the NGK's. Is there 2 different versions of the
TR55's one of them being the TR55VX which is a platinum plug ?
Which one is everyone using ?
