Seat dye
My light saddle leather is about 10 years old and I really neglected it. Could not stand it any more. Bought a quart of the correct dye from Wilcox and went to work. Great product, I think. See before and after below.
Took very little dye. If it cools down this week, I may do the carpet.

Thanks guys. No stuffing needed. I did the spray with my touch up gun. Color match is great. In a couple days I will saddle soap them. Hate to do that because it will change the color but if had done it when I put the leather on around 8 years ago, they would not have stained so bad.

I do not know when the leather tanneries changed their methods of doing leather but for quite a few years leather comes with care instructions that say clean with mild soap and water only and DO NOT use saddle soap.

I have some sort of leather conditioner out in the garage but Im not sure what. I also am pretty sure , I need something to keep them from absorbing dirt. Thats what got them looking bad in the first place. In my old C3, I used lemon pledge on the leather and it looked as good after 8 years as it did new. The lemon pledge was in the Al Knoch instructions, I think.
