A new one on me, blower problem.
On an 87 with Electronic climate control. The blower does not come on. All the buttons on the C68 controller function, but no blower UNLESS you have the engine off and key turned to accessory, then you can control it's speed, and on off. Once you start the car, nothing. Any ideas? Thanks.

Run the diagnostics on the HVAC control head and see what you get:

When my fan stopped working it was caused by a bad connection on the blower control module connector.
