1992 C4 Engine Missing, ASR, SYS - Codes / Input?

Help! 1992 C4 Engine Missing, ASR, SYS - Codes / Input?
Guys:
My neighbor has a 1992 Vert and he has a "Service ASR" light, "Check Engine" light, Flashing "SYS" light and a terrible miss. Car won't run smoothly and seems to red line at around 3,000 RPM. I did some research here before posting and most outcomes look like a computer. Battery is new (just replaced today) and here is the code list:
Module 1 - C41
Module 1 - H41
Module 4 - "Err"
Module 9 - H65
Module 9 - H72
Can someone point me to some troubleshooting steps? It would be much appreciated. I read two pages of "Service ASR" posts and I'm thoroughly confused. Also, is this the EBCM computer that usually is the problem? Who on the forum can rebuild them?
