On Amazon they sell a siphon tube by American wick for 4.99. Thats all you will need. The good thing is the pick up tube is a stiff plastic pipe that you can direct at the dirt,rust or what ever.When you get it empty use a rag to wipe up anything left behind. I attached a cloth to the end of broom handle and soaked rag in some turpentine. NO SPARKS! And put out your cigar before reaching into the tank.Drain it and let it sit over night so most of the fumes are gone.
But i think it would be worth it!
