FX3, tried everything get (timed out code) HELP!
Anyway i got a FX3 system that won't work.
The codes we get are 21 and 22.
(timed out)
We have replaced the gears on the front shock (pulled the gear of a from the broken rear shock and placed in front)
The new (second hand) rear shock we got a new gear machined for us.
The actuators should be okay at least in front since we switched the left and right actuators and still got the same fault code.
So they are okay.
I wonder what could be the source of the trouble?
As far as we could see the gears are the same on the front and rear shocks.
Any ideas?
"These codes mean that the actuator are moving too slowly or not getting the correct feedback signal"
Don't know if that helps any.

Since i already have tested the front actuator and know that it works properly, at least when switched from side to side.
But I also have noted that it have a different "tune" when hooked up on the side that's get the code.
Wonder why, Is it possible that the gear on the shock are a little jammed?
(couldn't think of the correct word)
And that's causing the code?
Have to check that out.
Another thing that I came to think of.
What kind of feedback will the actuator give?
let's say that the gear that a local machine shop made for us have a little more play between the endpoints or maybe to little?
Will that result in that kind of code or would it generate (out of position)
I wonder if it's possible to measure the signal and conclude that the actuator have
1, The correct voltage
2, A good ground.
3, What signals it should generate and how, (for example how the signal will be different if the endpoints on the gear are to narrow)
A circuit diagram would aid greatly, so would all the system specs so I would know where to measure.
Yet another thing, is it possible to screw something up by turning the shock shaft (where the gear is mounted) a couple of turns (to get rid of any rough spots)
For example I find a rough spot while I turn the gear between the endpoints, I remove the gear and turn it 1/2 turn remount the gear.
Or if it are almost jammed, remove the gear and rotate the shaft lots of turns (so it will get smooth)
I hope my English aren't to ****ing bad and I can make my self understood.
Best regards
