I’m changing all my fluids. What is the recommendation?
Amsoil. 10-30?
Differential fluid? What kind and numbers I need to look for.
Transmission fluid redline syntec, any specific kind for the LT1?
I flush my brake fluid every year. Here is a list of other fluids:
Motor oil Mobil1 10W-30
auto trans Mobil1
differential Mobil1
suspension lube points Mobil1
brake fluid Super Blue
power steering Valvoline Synthetic
radiator Dex-Cool, Red Line Water Wetter, and GM pellets.
I think as long as you use a fluid that meets the corvette specs. you will be fine. I do have a question for the guys using the mobil 1 diff. fluid. Do you use a additive and what is your experiences with it?

I use one bottle of the GM friction modifier with every change. Not sure if it's required, some guys have reported it's not needed, it's such a pain to get to the fill plug, I figure I might as well.
what are the correct specs
The specs are in the owners manual and the factory service manual. All the lubes I used are factory approved.

Re: Fluid Change (93aqua)
what are the correct specs...i want to make sure i get all the right fluids, dont want to mess up my car at all.
Stick with regular green anti-freeze for a pre-94 car, GM does not recommend DexCool for pre 94 vehicles. Do a search on this board and you can find the TSB on this subject.
I recently changed to GM "cold climate" power steering fluid. It's semi synthetic like the Valvoline. Did use Valvoline for one year with no problems, but rumor of sensitivity to some seals.
You never said if your car is a manual or automatic?
