Can anyone tell how much fuel pressure i will have on the Return line on a TPI setup? Was wondering if i can use a piece of 5/16" rubber fuel line to connect 2 Hardlines together.
I don'y believe there is a great amount of preassure in the return line. They use rubber fule line hose at the connection point back into the top of tank off a hardline.
Return is never at high pressure. The pressure is absorbed at the inj and/or the regulator, and what is residual IS the return. That's usually just a few psi although it varies with system demand and pump output.
Yessir, you CAN use fuel line on pressure OR return in this system....as long as it is EFI fuel line, and you use barbed fittings. Regular fuel line WILL NOT BE good enough. Must be injection line.
I also double clamp the hose ends to be safe.

Thanks for the info.I will just use my existing 5/16" fuel line for Return and i just ran all new 3/8" Steel line for Supply line.I did go with 6an fitting at all connections. When going to the Filter(EFI) and Fuel Rails, etc i used Jeg's Nylon Braided Hose with AN Fittings and on the Steel lines i used the Hardline to AN Fittings.Hopefully won't have any leaks.Never done the Fuel injection thing before.Learning process.
