Hi Everybody I have a 1984 4plus 3. I ported the intake. as I put it back together I look at the EGR and Recirculation pump and want to leave the punp there as an idler and disconnect the EGR and plug rhe piping. Can I do this? Will I get codes? Oh and how do I make sure that the regulators on the TBIs are supplying as much fuel as is possible.

Thank you

So the EGR is nothing more that a bunch of plugged line and disconnected electrical wires.
The porting job came out great. Car has more vacuum and can breath better.

Thank you all.
