Default Advice, Please

I have a Stock 93 Convertible. I recentlly installed the Corvette America's LT1 Muffler Eliminator's to give the Car a more Sporty sound. I have no intention of Changing any thing else to Modify the Car. My Question is Can any Damage be Done by making this Modification?

Only to your wallet, admit it or not you have taken the first step down the treacherous road of modification.

Shouldn't be a problem. I put them on my stock 88 coupe. I did not notice any problems over the year I still had it. I had 175K on the car

that far back on the exhaust won't hurt a thing. Don't believe any 'mechanics' that tell you it will hurt engine because of lack of back pressure. it just isn't true. I have been running muffler elims on my '93 for most of this year and have no ill effects from it other than constant smile from the sound. especially if there is a tunnel/underpass involved.

Did you have to do any cutting?

Which part number did you order?

Ask if there is a optional ear plug set that comes with those eliminators, because you are going to need them.

I had to drive my car from Fla to Pa with those on, what a racket, they were one of the first things I removed when I got home.
