Default What is this cable???

I have the fuel tank out of my car and noticed what appears to be a cut cable. Does anyone know what this is?

yeah, if its toward the driver side rear wall...that's the original antenna cable that someone got sloppy or too lazy to find the plug further down the line...

It''s "branded' and "trademarked" about 8" from the end - what does that say! Might be a valuable "hint"!

It could be the ground wire.

The ground for the fuel sending unit is attached to the passenger side pillar near the rear compartment light.

Just looked at the 94 while the bumper is off and it appears to be the vacuum line from the fuel lines to the evaporate cannister. Its just that my line does not route through the wall as shown, it comes from the cannister top, up behind the wall and over to the fuel line on top of the tank.

Is it tubing? There's way more information that if your concerned you could pass on. The hole it passes through doesn't really look factory. Is there a grommet or bushing? Does the hole it passes through look to be done by a hole saw or punched in the panel. You hold the information - have you tried to see where it goes?

Finally had a chance to take a look today. It's RG-58 coax cable. Possible aftermarket CB radio or car phone installation at one point?
