When I twist the **** to turn the fog lights on, they don't come on. Same with the parking lights and tail lights. If I put my signals on, that's the only way they will come on, front and back. Checked to see if anything was disconnected, everything was in place. If it helps, I have 5k HID fogs that I bought new in July.
Hate to tell you this. But I had similar problems when I had an HID kit for my fogs. One of the ballasts kept shorting and destroying my tail light fuse (which provides power to interior lights as well). Also kept frying back up lights, and causing other odd things to happen. As soon as I unplugged the power supply to the ballasts all my problems went away.
If I were you I'd check your fuse block, and unplug the HID ballasts. See what happens, worth a shot.
Sadly, unless you spend big bucks on a true german or japanese HID system, you are getting cheap Chinese ballasts and bulbs. They are all the same and all come from China. Its hit or miss, some people have good luck and some don't. I've tried 3 different kits and at first its great, love the added light. Them over time I start getting the same problems.

Thanks for the response. Bought from corvetteHID. Tail lights and turn signals don't turn on, unless I signal left or right. Interior lights work, however my dimming function doesn't work either.
Check your fuses make sure none are blown. Unplug battery. Then unplug the original fog light wiring leading into the ballasts. Hook up the battery and see if everything works.
