I have a aeromotive pump in my 1992 feeding my s/c 383 stroker and I seem to be having delivery problems. If the car is under 1/4 tank I lose 10-12 psi and obviously thats no good. Another thing I noticed is if I put the car into a spin (doughnut) the car will stumble and lose pressure. Im thinking its a pickup/ fuel slosh issue but im not 100% sure. Has anyone had this issue? I have a big weekend coming up for the car and I cant run it like this obviously....so any help would be greatly appreciated exspecially of I can cut my diagnosis time and just fix the issue.
Sorry, I should have searched but I was on my way out the door for work. Since I now know its a common problem I will search in the morning for threads related to my issue.

What I meant was everybody has the same problem and there is no fast fix short of building a baffle in the tank to retain the fuel around the pickup.
Somebody posted their work doing it but I can't find the link at present
when i hillclimb mine i need at least 3/4 of a tank to prevent fuel starvation,
I tried 4 blocks of this stuff in the bottom of the tank but it stops the fuel gauge from working properly so i took it out, http://www.summitracing.com/int/part...050a/overview/

leesvet wrote up a modification that he made to his fuel pickup. You might have trouble finding that post because he posts a lot. There's nothing like getting hundreds of hits on a search... Google might let you pinpoint it more effectively.
