can any one help me decide weather to install a 52mm throttle body or a 58mm on a stock 91 corvette

If its stock, I would spend the money elsewhere before replacing the throttlebody. If you just have to do it, go with the 52.

install, Neither...

The stock throttle body flows enough air to support 400 hp. A 52mm or 58mm throttle body will add nothing to a stock engine.

Exhaust and runners will add maybe, 5hp to your "91" Vette.
