Hi, I've been restoring my 1986 z51 coupe and all that I have left is the interior and body and paint work. I've done a lot of body repairs before and painting but never on SMC. I need advice from a experienced person who has done body repair/ restoration on SMC body panels and has proven success. What the best material to use as a body filler . The body is in good condition but it does have a few small surface hair line cracks and I want to " shave" the rear quarter panel power antenna hole. So what I need to know is what's the best body repair material for SMC? Thanks for all your info in advance.

That link helped me a lot, also the FSM has some pointers regarding SMC repair.
