Default Interior lights

I have a 92 vette. The interior lights will not shut off. The door ajar switches will shut off the dash ajar light but the lights stay on. The problem started suddenly.. Any suggestions?

Jiggle the key in the door locks, make sure they are straight up and down. Lot of threads on this. Had the same problem.

The lights are controlled by the pin at the front of the doors.

Spray a little WD40 inside the rubber in the door pins work them in & out by hand a few times see it that helps they can stick.

Just to state the obvious, make sure the dimmer "slider" on the light switch isn't rotated all the way over.
