Run flat has leak
I'd say runflats are the safest tires to repair because, if they start to go flat, they are going to at least support themselves, and get you to where you need to be.
If its in the shoulder or part of the sidewall. Don't repair it.
Once repaired, the plug should bond well to the tire. I would keep an eye on the plug just to be on the safe side as the tread wears down...
