I looked through the parts book but only saw diaphragms called out for '90 and newer cars. Maybe the older ones are buried in there somewhere, but I didn't see them. Having a part number will give you a good start on finding one (if they are still available).

I downloaded a bunch of pictures from the Nalley GMC web site. They have parts books for any GM car and a limited inventory of parts. I cross-referenced the pictures to the pages in the parts CD. These pictures are much higher quality and can be blown up many times without loss of quality. I like their site a lot. You can specify your car and year and it will only show you the pictures that apply to you. Here's a link, already configured for Corvettes. Pick a year and have fun:

I wish we could access the online GM parts catalogs. I talked with a parts guy and he told me the dealer pays a subscription fee to use it and he has to log in every morning with a password.
