84 dash issues

84 dash issues
My 84 C$ has been stored for a few months and now when I start it the digital dash comes and goes. It will be completely dark then all the lights and gauges will light up completely before they start to actually register. Then after a few seconds they go dark again and start the process all over. It seems like the longer the car runs the quicker the transition reoccurs. Any suggestions?
