I don't believe it was ever serviced separately by GM and was part of the pipe. I doubt it should be much of an effort to find something "off the shelf" that would replace it. I believe the assembly is likely still available from GM. 12556257 I believe.
TLD lists it in their catalog. Maybe call them up?
I made one as best I could by using a bit longer piece of fuel line to reduce the bend. Also consider replacing the gasket for the PCV as they turn brittle.
Oh I just realized you posted 90 degree. Mine on the 94 was 180 degrees. I hope I did not add confusion to the thread.
I just replaced the one on my 96'. Got it at AdvancedAuto for $3.50. It was in the assorted parts department with all kinds of other rubber fittings. I believe it was labeled PCV Elbow by Help. Take your old piece and compare it to the many they have. It was actually better then the original which was just a bent piece of rubber hose. The new one was a formed 90° rubber mold. Mine was torn on the intake side and pinched shut on the engine side. It was causing a lean error code on both banks and kept pushing my oil stick out. Tried to find the problem for years and stumbled upon this while installing a set of Bosch III injectors. Here is a pic of the old one and the new one.

those lil vac hose couplings are hanging on the "help" generic parts display.
most parts stores will match up something like that to something in their inventory. if its not on the rack, find a similar hose and cut to fit. Many molded radiator hoses get "made" when no part number shows up in the store computer. They don't inventory every hose number from cars this age.

I realize this post is a little old, but if you're still driving a '96, this may be of some interest to you. Here is what I found. I bought this at O'Reilly's, but you should be able to get it anywhere Dorman "Help" products are sold.
