The biggest bore I've heard of from a Lt1/4 is 4.09 combined with a 4.00" stroke for a 421. Check it out http://www.c-zone.net/montalvo/LT4_4...ifications.xls
Most 421s are made with a 4.125" stroke and a 4.03 bore.
