Lower Radiator Hose
How do you get to the water pump side of the lower radiator hose?

There is nothing in your profile and you have not stated what year it is.
Why don't you fill it out.
What is it you want to do, take the hose off?

I just reached in and fanagled it off. I don't remember removing anything to get one off.

I didn't have to remove anything to get mine off. The hose clamp was oriented so that I could unscrew it without any problems.

Since the engines come with everything attached at the factory the clamps are rarely oriented for ease of removal. I thing I had to take the A/C bracket loose to even see the damn screw head. I oriented it better but it is still a pain.
Good luck!

Never hurts to use a 3 foot extension on your wrench.
If you can see it, you can get it with the right amount of extension.
