Hi Guys
I'm looking for recommendations
on spark plugs and ignition wires for
a dialy-driven, largely stock, 95 Lt1.
I've added flowmasters, K+N, open air lid, and plan to
drop the temp soon ...but nothin fancy (yet).
Any and all advice will be much apreciated
Thanks [IMG][/IMG]
I think a lot of guys like Taylor wires and NGK plugs. Myself, I went with stock AC Delco Delcore II wires, Stock AC 41-906 plugs.... but only because GMPP was footing the bill and that's what the service shop had to use was GM parts :chevy
8mm spiral pro Taylor and oem AC Delco. you can get the wires in any color from summit for about $50, looms will be a problem, as 8mm is a very tight fit. maybe you can grind the orignal looms to fit.
Will the wire looms from Taylor that are made for the 8mm wires clip onto the factory metal strips or would it require some makeshift work? I'm looking at doing mine soon and with 85K on it I'm told to expect half of the looms to break because they will be so brittle from heat fatigue.

i was not able to find looms that would fit the factory metal clips. however summit had ,i think, hundreds of looms to choose from. i bought the lt1 center bolt looms and they did not fit. my advice is go to the dealer get new factory looms and mod them to fit the 8mm wire. :)
