I have the adapter from 1320 Electronics. It works great with ALDLDroid! 1990 and later cars, you have to get the right adx file to silence the CCM, otherwise the data is garbled.

I've requested confirmation that this device is compatible with the 1995 Corvette (LT1). (OBD II connector with OBD I protocol)
I want to use it to stream OBD data to my Android V2.3.6 phone via BlueTooth so I can view real-time data on "ELM 327 Terminal" "Torque (free)" or similar programs/apps.
1995 Corvette owners need ALDL software and OBD1 cable. On this page many programs are listed for download (most free). On this page there are instructions on constructing a very simple interface cable. Many of the other pages at the first link also contain such information. So, with free software and a simple cable, 1995 Corvette owners should be able to access and control ECM data.
