Same hear Andy... I have a 36 now and I have been throwing around options out there to move up to a 44 with either 3.55 or 3.73s.

What needs to happen is put a c6 zr1 bearing in there. Bolt patterns are close but due to the mold inside the knuckle make it impossible to rotate and bore new holes. Since only China c4 bearing will be available in the future something has to happen.

PMs sent to all. The billet batwing is narrower than stock. Could be changed, I would have to measure some things due to toe bar placement.
Its not cheap.

No worries on the batwing. I can always find a d44 wing.

As for the c6zr1 axle idea how doable is this? I plan to put some real power to this setup and want the weakest piece to be my trans not a halfshaft

The stub axle isn't the hard part, it just cost to have made. The c6zr1 bearing is what's used in the c7 but has some ABS changes, I already have c7 suspension and bearings at the shop. Its about a 1/4 difference between the bearing 3 bolt pattern. C7 bearings are 33 spline. I'll try to get a pic for comparison with a bearing almost bolted.
