On my '94, there are three oxygen sensors. One upstream on the driver side, one upstream on the pass side and one downstream on the pass side. Why is there a downstream sensor on an OBDI system? I only have one O2 bung on each header. Put the upstream in and do what with the pass side downstream sensor?
The Upstream won't reach the bung on the pass side either. The downstream lines up fine. Elongate the wires?

Not sure what the down stream on is for, but your 94 is a MUTT of OBD1 and OBD2 I believe.. I would get a bung installed on the cat back for the downstream or a simm for it.. not 100% sure
As for the other one, it will not hurt to elongate the wires.. I actually have my O2 on the Pass side now. Stock location is on the Driver side for the L98
I didn't have to elongate the wires. I cut open the harness, pulled the O2 wires out, and taped everything back like stock. They now reach. I will call Thunder in the morning and get a simulator for the downstream sensor.
