Okay like I said before I am new at this. I got a Cam from a buddy. The Cam is still in the box, never installed. He decided to put an LS1 into his Vette. It reads: Hydraulic roller (LT4 Hot Cam), I:218, E:228, 1.6 Rocker, I:525, E:525, 112 degrees. Can someone define this for me and tell me if this is good? I also got some heads from him that state:Aluminum, intake 195, chamber 54.4, Valve diameter, I:2.00", E: 1.55", angled. These are also in the box and have never been installed.

Well the cam sounds like an LT4 Hotcam, which is a very good cam. To use it, however, you need to upgrade your springs, and rockers. I would also highly recommend upgrading your timing chain with this cam.

Sounds like the heads are LT4 heads and the cam is the Hotcam. Looks like it is the complete LT4 top end upgrade that sells for about $2000, minus the intake.

Stock LT1 heads are 1.90's on the intakes. Pretty sure stock LT4's are 2.0, they usually go 2.02 aftermarket on the LT4's and 2.0/1.56 on the LT1's are as big as you can go on the stock seats. The chamber size is right on with LT4 heads too as the LT1's are 56-58cc's.
