There are 2 lengths depending upon whether the beam is off a car with a D36 or D44 diff
The D44 is longer so it's corresponding C-Beam is shorter

Difference in length when a D36 beam used on a D44.

Some redrill the holes instead of getting a D44 beam when doing a diff swap

I believe that a TH350 for a C4 requires a kit from these people to do it easily. From this list I believe it was the 7-35C. It would require a phone call I guess.

http://www.teckpak.com/dept.cfm?dpt=5&cat=21

It could be done like this I guess using a fabricated adapter to use the C-beam:

OR if you've already got the C4 extension mounted machine the height of the C-beam mount to use a beam that could be bolted to the c-beam mounts and adapted to what you have. Similar to the snapshot above but to the C4 extension.

Do you have a functional speedo or you don't care?

If you had already the correct output shaft you could likely buy just the spacer from Fitzall. I believe the TH350 needed is the 9" tail-shaft version.

Yes - there are 2 C-beams. One for a D36 rear application regardless of transmission and another for a D44 regardless of transmission application. The transmission application of course does need to be "dimensionally correct" for a C4 application and your TH350 is NOT.

"ProjectC4" shows a TH350 that if in a build with a D36 would use a D36 C-beam with no modifications OR it could be used with a D44 C-beam in a build with a D44 C-beam.

What exactly do you have for a build?

No it won't.

FYI - I use a 9" output TH350 in my 84 Corvette Drag car. I have the cast alum spacer kit shown above and re-used the tail shaft housing from the 84's orginal 700R4.....

A 9" output shaft TH350 is within 1/2" OAL of a 700R4/4L60. It will bolt right up as long as you have the correct length C-Beam for whatever rear end you have under the car. It will bolt right up.

As said twice above, there are 2 different length C-Beams. One for the D36 and one for the D44.... The D44 C-Beam is about 2" shorter but you can cut off and re-drill the longer D36 C-Beams to work with a D44 (also shown in the pics above).

Across the top of the cover there is either 3 bolt (L - R & center) or there is just 2 (L & R).

2 - bolt is D44 and the 3 bolt is D36.
