Default need help in san francisco

i am at a complete stop at trying to get my C4 running again if some one can help with myelectrical wiring i can pay you fir your time also i have trouble with the hoses coming off the evap

The Year of your Corvette is important, there are a lot of deference, between the years like VATS after 86 believe.
so the people with knowledge of the model/year you have, and know what issues that model Corvette may have.

Can you hear your fuel pump when turning ignition on?
you should be able to hear the pump run for a few seconds.
Does it cough and splutter at all, fuel pumps can just die.
Another thing to check is your egr valve not jammed open?
