1984 Wipers not working
I've got my Vette running and Driving again thanks to the forum.
Now, to be able to drive in the rain.
The wipers haven't worked since I bought the car.
I replaced the motor....nothing
replaced the circuit board......nothing
I have voltage to the motor via the two three pin plugs into the cover and divers side of the motor.
I can push the washer and the fluid prays....
I connected a ground wire from the screw/ground mount on the passenger side of the motor, directly to the neg of the battery, and the wiper moved a few inches up the windshield, then stopped.
So far, that's all I have.
Where do I go from here?
What connections should I be checking for voltage?

I used a copy of the GM service manual, and all functions of the switch were spot on.
I decided to take the motor out and take it back for another when I decided to try running it without the linkage on.
Worked fine!
What ended up happening the wiper linkage was in a bind.
I corrected the position of the linkage arms, and they work great!
