C4 Techtips not working
I found what i was looking for.
I am trying to get to the Techtips section and i get an error stating the following
Can't Connect to Database: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'devskunkworksdb1.internetbrands.com' (4)
I want to see the video instructions for replacing my seat covers.

Tech tips were moved a few years ago and have a new address. So they were working again.
There are more than1 place for tech tips.
Having said that, some links that I put in posts to help others on Bose repairs are not working for me at this time. I do check them periodically but not working today.
What address does not work for you?
It is the first part of the address that does not function not counting the page.

Thanks for the help guys. I was able to find the new location. I was following directions i found in another old post fro years ago. I had clicked on other and then Techtips. Thats where i got the error.
