Fuel pressure HELP!!
I have a 93 Lt1. I replaced the injectors with svo hi flow 24# injectors. I know in 93 the injectors are rated at 22#/hr, some other different rating says 24#. Did i need to reprogram the computer ( chip ) when i did this. The car seemed to run at the track better with the pressure lower than 43. I didnt have a guage with me at the track, but i had it at 43. The car went 106 mph. I turned the regulator screw back a whole turn and the car went 108.8 mph. I have a feeling its because the 24# are flowing more than it needs. Any one have any ideas????????

omg no wonder. im going to assume that when the car is not WOT the computer will compensate but at WOT i was getting too much fuel at 43.5 psi. Im going to drop the pressure to 38, see what happens. Thanxx for the info tho... i changed them a while back and had no idea ( stupid shoppe!)
