LT1 uses a different style pump than the L98.
For the L98 (your 86) I would suggest the Flow-Kooler pump. It flows 30% more coolant than the standard stock pump. I installed one for my ZZ4 and it kept the engine temperatures a a good level.

Sorry guys are these pumps actually made in China by respective brands ? Do they produce in USA?As all of you know very well most brands,even reputable brands have their productions moved to China.I know ,for example ,that Edelbroke has his own foundry in USA and makes heads,intake manifold,and lot of aluminum components.Just for peace of mind ,the point here is to buy good stuff and not pay for a brand that 15 years ago had his foundry and facilities here,and now when you open a box you can smell that typical china odors...
