I'm shopping for a cam. I have an 88 vert, weekend warrior. They just closed the track 4 mi's away. So I'd like to keep the mustangs in my rearview mirror & smoke the tires leaving car shows. I have a basicly stock 350 with 4 bolt mains (cracked block), stock trans, Borla catback exhast. Will be deleting cats and adding headers (future). Ported 113s, Edelbrock runners. No 383 mod. I just had $700 cut from budget due to ant invason, in 10 years never seen them so bad.

Any thoughts or suggestions are apreciated. I'll also be doing a shift kit. I'm trying to stay away from a new torque con., but realize a new tune maybe needed. I'll also be adding new valve springs, and rockers.
Thanks Joe
