86 l89 valve springs?
im rebuilding my 5.7 i have early iron heads the new pistons summit flat tops 9.5 comp ratio.ive installed a sealed power cs766 cam specs are
Spefications
Cam Type - Hydraulic
Footnote Code - (050) Duration at .050 Lobe Lift
Exhaust Duration - 207
Exhaust Lobe Center - 114
Intake Duration - 202
Intake Lobe Center - 115
Lobe Seperation - 114
Exhaust Lift (Inch) - 0.276
Intake Lift (Inch) - 0.269
Exhaust Lift (MM) - 7.01
Intake Lift (MM) - 6.833
my question is valve springs mine have over 100.00 miles on them what should i order? i havent a clue on how to spec these for my motor
iam on a buget so im looking for springs that will complement this stock build.

My early '86 with cast iron heads had valve rotators on it. If you change springs you'll have to replace the rotators with new spring retainers. It affects the installed height of the springs and therefore the spring tension.
