Picked-up 100hp!! Lol

New injectors, removed frisbee and AIR Delete kit, new plugs, wires and all new vacum lines.

Maybe not 100hp, but it does run much, much better.

Now fit a set of long tube headers and let the horses run free.

No need to go through all that trouble, just put a ZR-1 badge on it and presto 100hp.

Usually around 25chp gain.
Of course you need to match fuel flow to any air flow increase, so an AFPR is needed too.
Also cut lid with K&N would be nice to get more air in.
And 160 deg T-stat would bump power by close to 10chp.

Funny! I bought my 90 and it had one of the zr1 cup holder cover badges. Friends would get and my car and be like OMG 375hp! That's a lot and I would accelerate and they would believe it because I am friends with truck guys for some reason. I would tell them that it's more like 245 (to 210 with age) and they would just laugh at me and tell me how the new Ford focus was so much faster. I Don't drive them around anymore lol
