Default apparent electrical ground problem need HELP!

Hello: I have a 1994 C4 that will start and only run a few seconds and then quits. I have done the following.
checked fuel rail pressure 40 lbs
changed the fuel filter
run a ground cable from the neg battery to the engine just to test.

I mistakenly posted my question in general discussion, I thought I would continue it here.

I read on another forum that there is a central ground junction for the computers behind the cruise control module on the instrument panel wire harness. Does anyone know if this is under the dash or in the engine compartment. I thought the cruise module was the same as the servo which is in the engine compartment.

Also another post on You tube shows a guy that had no run problems changing the ground strap from the frame under the battery and to the bell housing. And it cured his problems. This will be the next thing I will tackle.

But if anyone knows where the cruise control module I am looking for is , it may save a lot of time and effort for me.

Thank you in advance. Wayne
