HELP! Timing mark is this it?
I am positive my timing is off on my 89. Is the mark I circled in red the line that I need to match to 6 BTDC. It's kind of hard to see but if you zoom (might have to download and zoom in on ms paint etc) in you can see the line on the harmonic balancer. I just want to confirm this is the mark so I can put whiteout on it to make it visible with my timing light.

I cleaned it best I could and marked it. The timing was at 11 I dialed it back to 6 btdc, car felt better and was idiling at 6-700 instead of 800. Know I gotta see if this helps my atrocious gas mileage. Car def seemed more peppy.
